Tata Nexon iCNG vs Brezza CNG: At the just-ended Bharat Mobility Expo 2024, Tata Motors debuted its upcoming Nexon i-CNG. Although the launch date has not yet been disclosed by the company, it will probably happen this year. The Maruti Suzuki Brezza S-CNG will be challenged by the Nexon i-CNG. Powertrain details
The Nexon’s 1.2-liter turbocharged petrol engine is confirmed by Tata Motors. With 118 horsepower and 170 Nm of torque, the base petrol variant leads its class in output. Although a lower output is anticipated for the CNG variant, the Nexon will be the first CNG car with a turbocharged petrol engine. Given that Tata Motors just introduced the Tiago and Tigor AMT trims, it will come with a manual gearbox and may even be paired with an AMT option.
The 1462 cc CNG engine of the Maruti Suzuki Brezza comes with a Manual gearbox. The 1462 cc engine produces torque of 121.5 Nm at 4200 rpm and 86.63 horsepower at 5500 rpm.
Features onboard
Similar to the normal Nexon, we anticipate the Nexon CNG to be a feature-rich vehicle with a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless phone charging, a sunroof, and auto air conditioning with touch controls. Six airbags, electronic stability control (ESC), a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS) and a 360-degree camera are among the safety features of the Nexon.
Features of the Brezza Vxi CNG include a multi-function steering wheel, alloy wheels, power windows in the front and rear, a touch screen, automatic climate control, an engine start-stop button, and wheel covers.
Price in India
LXI, VXI, and ZXI are the three versions of the Brezza CNG that are offered. The pricing range, ex-showroom Delhi, is between Rs 9.29 lakh and Rs 12.10 lakh. Priced at Rs 12.26 lakh, the ZXI trim is also offered in dual-tone colour options.
The price for the Nexon iCNG have not been disclosed as of right now.
