BYJU’s CEO: In a Tearful Letter Ravindran Apologises to Fired Employees. Why? Read This

BYJU’s CEO: Byju has chosen to fire over 2,500 workers in order to boost the company’s profits even more. The creator of Byju, Ravindran, has personally apologised to the workers who will be let go as a result. Additionally, he stated that it is necessary to make this choice in order to safeguard the procedures and interests of such a sizable firm.

Byju, a company that offers education, has chosen to fire 2,500 workers. There will be 5% layoffs across the board. Owner and founder Ravindran personally apologised to the staff via email. Additionally, Ravindran stated that rehiring the fired workers would be his first priority.

Others think I have fired you, but I have merely temporarily set you aside, Ravindran writes in his tearful letter. My main focus going forward will be getting you back to work while also expanding our business. Please accept my heartfelt apologies to everyone who must depart Bayjus. To me, you are more than simply a name or a number. Not only do you make up 5% of my business, you also make up 5% of me. Additionally, Ravindran has requested that the HR give the fired workers other roles.
