Naatu Naatu: Alia Bhatt and Rashmika Mandanna set the stage on fire with their moves on Naatu Naatu on Day 2 of the NMACC gala. A video from the occasion has gone viral on social media. In the video, the two actors show off their killer moves on the Oscar winning Naatu Naatu song from the film RRR.
The video shows Alia dressed in an ivory short dress while Rashmika is looking graceful in a metallic saree. The duo took to stage and started grooving to Naacho Naacho, the Hindi version of the song, with backup dancers. Some users also criticised Alia’s dress.
Alia takes off shoes to dance
Alia took off her shoes before she broke into a jig. To everyone’s disbelief, Alia even twirled Rashmika around before the backup dancers joined them in pulling off the famous hook step.
Ever since the video went viral, fans can’t keep calm. The video is being shred and re-shared on social media as everyone is excited to see the duo dance together.
Naatu Naatu a global rage
Alia was a part of the SS Rajamouli’s film RRR that saw Jr NTR and Ram Charan dancing to the number. The chartbuster became a global rage in no time and won Oscars in the Best Song category at the Award ceremony in March.
Alia has not signed any Telugu project after her south debut in RRR.
Rashmika was last seen in Pushpa: The Rise, Aadavallu Meeku Johaarlu and Sita Ramam in Telugu. She has signed a project with Bheeshma director and actor Venky Kudumula and Nithiin. She will also star in the sequel, Pushpa: The Rule.
