It was back in 2018, when Alia Bhatt wore a black (which had a pinch of blue colour), thigh-high slit gown from Silvia Tcherassi. This gown had a big bow in the front. And no accessories were added to this particular look. She further went for open hair and pink nude makeup. The fact that this gown had a bit of shimmer element added to it, really brightened up the look.

On the other hand, for the GQ awards, Kiara Advani opted to wear a sheer and slit, Olive green-coloured slit gown created by AADNEVIK. This French lace and cotton chiffon gown had leather details. To complete the look, Kiara wore a sliver coloured choker, with had a golden chain. She further tied her hair in a ponytail and went for a nude dewy makeup. She further wore high heels and posed in style.

Both the gown were different but glamorous in their own way. Where both the outfits were very different from each other, yet very classy. While Alia’s outfit has a basic fit, Kiara’s dress was not just slip, but had a sheer cut as well. The fact that there was more detailing in Kiara Advani’s outfit and had a unique colour, gave this look an edge over alia’s gown.
