About Bhooth Bangla
Bhooth Bangla, directed by Priyadarshan, marks the reunion of Akshay Kumar and the filmmaker after 14 years. Produced by Balaji Motion Pictures and Cape of Good Films, the film is set to release in theatres on 17 April 2026, with paid previews starting on 16 April.
The movie is a supernatural comedy set in a haunted bungalow in Mangalpur. Unlike the psychological approach of Bhool Bhulaiyaa, this film blends Indian mythology, black magic, and slapstick humour. The plot promises a chaotic and thrilling ride filled with quirky characters and unexpected twists.
The cast includes Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav, Tabu, Wamiqa Gabbi, Mithila Palkar, Asrani, Manoj Joshi, Jisshu Sengupta, Rajesh Sharma and Zakir Hussain.
