Despite the dip, the film is still breaking records. It has managed to keep audiences engaged since its release on 19 March. According to Sacnilk.com, the film has already crossed Rs 872 crore in just 12 days. This shows strong word of mouth and consistent interest among viewers.

The film opened with a massive Rs 43 crore on Day 0. It then crossed Rs 100 crore on its first full day, setting the tone for a huge run. Over the first weekend, collections stayed very high. The film earned over Rs 113 crore on Saturday and Rs 114.85 crore on Sunday. As a result, it ended its first week with a huge Rs 674.17 crore.

During the weekdays, the film saw expected drops. Still, it maintained steady numbers between Rs 48 crore and Rs 65 crore. This shows that the film was not only driven by hype but also had steady audience footfall.
In the second week, the film picked up again over the weekend. It grew from Rs 41.75 crore on Friday to Rs 68.10 crore on Sunday. This jump clearly shows strong repeat value.
However, on Day 12 (second Monday), collections dropped to Rs 25.30 crore. This 62% fall is typical after a weekend spike. Even then, the film’s overall trend remains very strong.
Importantly, Dhurandhar 2 The Revenge has now beaten KGF Chapter 2, which earned Rs 859.70 crore in India. This makes it one of the biggest Bollywood hits ever.
The film has also crossed the lifetime earnings of RRR and Kalki 2898 AD. In addition, it has gone past the Hindi collection of Pushpa 2: The Rise. Now, its next big target is Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, which still holds a massive Rs 1020.42 crore record.

Directed by Aditya Dhar, Dhurandhar 2 The Revenge continues the story of Indian spy Jaskirat Singh Rangi. In the film, he enters Karachi’s underworld with a new identity. His mission is to destroy terror networks and find a powerful enemy.
The film also stars Sanjay Dutt, R Madhavan, Arjun Rampal and Sara Arjun. It is mounted on a large scale, with a budget of over Rs 250 crore.
With a runtime of nearly 3 hours and 49 minutes, the film offers a detailed and intense experience. After its theatrical run, it will stream on JioHotstar. The digital release is expected around late May or June 2026.
