Well, as the audience and Sonu Nigam himself believe that he's a go-getter, he performs with his heart. Recently, when the Sathiya singer was performing in Pune, he poured in the energy one could only think of at this age. However, the over-exertion of power backfired on Sonu Nigam and that resulted in back spasm. Sonu shared and emotional video and said, 'Most difficult day of my life but very fulfilling. Gaate gaate jhataka dete hain that can also trigger the spasm but I managed it somehow.' Further, Sonu expressed his responsibility towards his fans and said, 'I never want to do less and give less, people expect so much from me.' The playback singer also called the pain 'excruciating' and addressed the hurt he experienced. As of now, Sonu Nigam health is fine.
