Jaat Box Office Collection Day 5: Sunny Deol’s ₹100 Cr Film Struggles! Check Numbers
Jaat Box Office Collection Day 5 sees a decline, with the film struggling to meet expectations despite its ₹100 crore budget, falling behind Sunny Deol’s Gadar 2 success.
Jaat Box Office Collection Day 5:Sunny Deol’s much-talked-about action film Jaat is facing a tough time at the box office. After a decent opening, the movie's collection graph has seen ups and downs. While fans expected it to match the success of Gadar 2, that dream hasn’t quite materialised. The film, made on a budget of ₹100 crore, has only managed to earn ₹47.75 crore in five days. The Jaat box office collection day 5 numbers suggest the movie is finding it difficult to maintain momentum.
Jaat has had a bumpy ride at the box office. After a strong start with ₹9.5 crore on Day 1, collections dipped to ₹7 crore on Day 2. The weekend brought some relief, peaking at ₹14 crore on Sunday. However, Day 5 saw a sharp drop to ₹7.25 crore, taking the total to ₹47.5 crore. With weekday momentum fading, Sunny Deol’s action film is struggling to stay on course for the ₹100 crore mark.

The story of Jaat revolves around a powerful man who stands up against a land mafia troubling a village. Sunny Deol plays the fearless hero, while Randeep Hooda takes on the villain’s role. Regina Cassandra and Saiyami Kher also feature in key roles.
Jaat Fails to Match Sunny Deol’s Gadar 2 Success
Sunny Deol’s Gadar 2 had created box office history last year. Made on a smaller ₹60 crore budget, it went on to earn ₹525 crore in India alone. By Day 5, Gadar 2 had already collected ₹55.4 crore, far ahead of Jaat’s ₹47.75 crore.
While Gadar 2 connected emotionally with audiences through its patriotic storyline, Jaat hasn’t been able to strike the same chord yet. It remains to be seen whether the film can pick up in the coming days and recover its massive budget.
