Kapil Sharma: Calm Down singer Divine Ikubor aka Rema recently enthralled fans at his Mumbai concert. And now the Nigerian singer, known as Rema, is all set to grace The Kapil Sharma Show. On May 18, the popular Nigerian singer left the show’s host, Kapil grooving on his viral track.
Divine shot to instant fame after his single Calm Down went viral on social media. The singer made his first India tour for his concert on May 12-14. After the success of his concert, the singer is all set to grace TKSS.
On May 18, the singer was spotted on the set of the TV show, dancing with the host .
Fun for TKSS viewers
Kapil took to Instagram and shared a BTS video and gave a glimpse of all the fun that is in store of viewers of his popular comedy show. The video featured Divine, Kapil and the other TKSS artists along with the live audience dancing to the beats of the hit number Calm Down.
Watching all dancing on the energetic number is surely a treat for fans. Kapil shared the video and wrote, “Can’t calm down bcoz #rema is here @heisrema #calmdown #thekapilsharmashow (sic).”
In the video, Rema looked dashing in an all-black co-ord outfit, while Kapil went for a casual look in a pink and white shirt with denim.
Fans loved to see Kapil dancing with the Calm Down singer. One of them wrote, ‘Cha gaye tussi’ while another commented, ‘Kapil bhai ne pehle unke step try kiye ku6 nahi bana fir apna start kar diya’. Another said, ‘Desi bana diya hahahaha’. Yet another one commented, ‘Paji got moves’
Nigerian singer Rema arrives in India
Rema arrived in India as a part of his 3-day tour from May 12-14 for the first time. The videos of his concert have gone viral on social media. The Nigerian singer even performed with Nora Fatehi on the stage.
Rema released the song Calm Down from his debut studio album Rave & Roses in February 2022. Within no time, the song topped the charts with its peppy beats.
