Kiara Advani fitness: Actress keeps her body fit with THIS secret diet; know the ingredients and method to make it

Kiara Advani loves to eat Salmon to fulfill her protein requirements. She often eats Salmon for her dinner with some sautéed veggies. You can also make it at home and we will tell you how. Keep reading to know about the ingredients and method.

Ingredients

4 Salmon fillets, 1 onion, 1 bell pepper, ½ carrot, ½ tomato, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp mixed hers, 2 tsp oil, ½ lemon juice and salt

Method

  • Step 1: Place the salmon fillets on plate. Add salt as per your taste along with ½ tsp black pepper powder and ½ tsp mixed herbs. Rub the spices properly over the fillets.
  • Step 2: Heat 1tbsp oil in pan and place the fillets in it. Cook for 4-5 minutes from each side. After cooking, take them out in a plate.
  • Step 3: Heat 1 tbsp oil. Add sliced onions to it and saute for a minute.
  • Step 4: Add diced tomato, carrot and bell pepper. Season with salt, ½ tsp black pepper powder and ½ tsp mixed herbs.
