Monalisa Bhosle Real Age Revealed
The issue of Monalisa Bhosle’s age has been under discussion for weeks. However, a recent investigation by the National Commission for Scheduled Tribes (NCST) has added a new twist. As per reports, the commission found that Monalisa is 16 years old. This finding contradicts earlier claims that she was an adult at the time of her wedding. The investigation reportedly included checking official hospital records in Madhya Pradesh.

The records from the Government Medical Hospital in Maheshwar revealed that Monalisa was born on December 30, 2009. Based on this, she was 16 years old when she got married on March 11, 2026.
Interestingly, the marriage took place at a temple in Kerala. The temple authorities stated that they allowed the wedding based on the age mentioned in the couple’s Aadhaar cards. The marriage was later registered at a local panchayat office in Poovar village.
Earlier, Monalisa Bhosle had denied all claims about being underage. Addressing the rumours, she had said, “I am 18 years old” and called the reports “fake and incorrect.” Her husband also supported her claim by showing documents that listed her birth date as January 1, 2008.
Despite these statements, the NCST findings have raised serious concerns about the authenticity of those documents.
FIR Filed Against Farman Khan Under POCSO Act
Following the investigation, an FIR has been registered against Farman Khan at the Maheshwar police station in Madhya Pradesh’s Khargone district. Reports suggest that multiple charges have been invoked against him. These include sections under the POCSO Act, the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), and the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, considering Monalisa’s tribal background.
So far, neither Monalisa Bhosle nor Farman Khan has publicly responded to the latest developments.
Earlier, during a press interaction, Monalisa had shared her side of the story. She claimed that she met Farman during a film shoot and the two fell in love. She also said that her family was pressuring her to marry someone else, which led them to take the decision to get married.
