Ankahi
The story of this serial which came in the year 1982 revolves around a girl Sana, whose father dies. Sana’s younger brother has a hole in his heart and in such a situation the responsibility of the whole family falls on her. It is said that the story of Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt’s film ‘Chal Mere Bhai’ was inspired from this.

Dhoop Kinare
The Pakistani show ‘Dhoop Kinere’, which came in the year 1987, was a show based on the doctors of Karachi and their home-love. It was written by Haseen Moin and Sahira Kazmi.
Khuda Ki Basti
This show came in the year 1969, which was very much liked by the people. Seeing the popularity of this drama, it was telecasted again in 1974 at the behest of the Pakistani Prime Minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto. For uninitiated, the story is based on Shaukat Siddiqui’s novel ‘Khuda Ki Basti’.
