Raja Shivaji Box Office Collection Day 12: Riteish Deshmukh’s historical epic Raja Shivaji continues its steady and powerful run at the box office. Even on Day 12, the film has shown impressive hold, maintaining strong momentum in its second week. Despite weekday pressure and new releases, the film is still attracting audiences in good numbers across Maharashtra.
With consistent word of mouth and strong regional support, Raja Shivaji is now inching closer to a major milestone in Marathi cinema. The film has already entered the list of top-grossing Marathi films and is now competing for the second spot in the all-time box office rankings.
Raja Shivaji Box Office Collection Day 12
As per box office tracking reports, Raja Shivaji has collected around Rs 73.15 crore net in India by Day 12. The film continues to perform steadily even in its second week, showing strong audience retention.
DON'T MISS
On its second Tuesday (Day 12), the film earned approximately Rs 2.50 crore net. This stable performance on a working day highlights the film’s strong hold, especially in Maharashtra circuits, where occupancy remains consistent.
The historical drama has benefited greatly from positive reviews, emotional storytelling, and repeat audiences, helping it sustain momentum beyond the opening week.
At present, the top two Marathi box office grossers are:
- Sairat – Rs 80.98 cr
- Baipan Bhari Deva – Rs 76.28 cr
With Raja Shivaji currently at Rs 73.15 crore, the film now needs approximately Rs 3–4 crore more to surpass Baipan Bhari Deva and secure the second position in the all-time Marathi box office chart.
Trade experts believe this target is achievable if the film maintains its current pace. The upcoming weekend could play a crucial role in pushing the numbers higher, especially with strong evening and family audience turnout.
While overtaking Baipan Bhari Deva looks within reach, the real challenge remains Sairat, which still stands at Rs 80.98 crore. The gap of nearly Rs 8 crore is significant, but not impossible if Raja Shivaji continues its strong theatrical run into the third week.
