This one Drink that helped the actress shed on those extra kilos, is Turmeric and apple cider vinegar drink. Where Shehnaaz made sure to take this drink every morning, which included lukewarm water, along with a pinch of turmeric and apple cider vinegar.

In one of her interviews with Shilpa Shetty, Shehnaaz had talked about how moong dal acted as a magic ingredient in the weight loss process. As moong dal not just makes you feel full, but also improves the metabolism. And as it keeps you full for a longer duration, then that automatically reduces the cravings.
