Tragic news struck the Korean entertainment industry as it mourns the untimely death of talented actor Park Soo Ryun. At the age of 29, Park Soo Ryun’s promising career came to a devastating halt due to a fatal accident. Known for her captivating performances in various musicals, including “The Days We Loved” and “Siddhartha,” she left a lasting impression on audiences worldwide.
According to reports, Park Soo Ryun met with a tragic accident just a day before her scheduled performance in Jeju Island. She fell down a flight of stairs while returning to her home, resulting in severe injuries. Despite immediate medical attention, doctors were unable to save her life. On Saturday, the news broke that she had been declared brain dead after resuscitation efforts.
Family decides to donate her organs
In the face of immense grief, Park Soo Ryun’s family made a remarkable decision that showcased their selflessness and compassion. They chose to honor her memory by donating her organs to those in need. Speaking to Soompi, Park Soo Ryun’s mother expressed the family’s desire to give someone else a chance at life, stating, “Only her brain is unconscious, and her heart is still beating. There must be someone who desperately needs (organs). As her mother and father, we will be able to live comforted (by the thought that her heart) has gone to someone and is beating.”
