Year Ender 2024: With all said and done, this year has been yet another one full of surprises and excitement for all the people invested in the entertainment world. There were a lot of film releases this year and a whole lot more gossip. A lot of people found their new crush in the many stars who were launched this year while other fans couldn’t wait for their favorite actor to star in another movie. So, taking all of it into consideration, along with fan data, here is the Year Ender 2024 list of the 10 most popular stars on IMDB.

1. Tripti Dimri

To no one’s surprise, the number one spot in the list goes to Tripti Dimri. From starring in new films like Bad News, Vicky Vidya ka Wo Wala Video and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 to the re-release of Laila Majnu, Tripti had the best year any upcoming actor can dream of. Having proved her skills in films like Qala, this was exactly the year she needed in her career.

2. Deepika Padukone

Next on the list of most popular stars is Deepika Padukone. Having starred in three films this year namely Fighter, Kalki 2898 AD & Singham Again, Deepika had a great 2024. Although her capabilities as an actor were never in doubt, her performances in commercially successful films like Fighter and Kalki 2898 AD only cemented her as more as an capable actor. 

3. Ishaan Khatter

Taking the third place in the list is the Dhadak actor, Ishaan Khatter. He was in the news this year for featuring in the American drama series The Perfect Couple. Although the actor didn’t do a lot in terms of volume, he still had a lot of buzz around his name.

4. Shah Rukh Khan

Next on the list is the King of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan. The man who doesn’t need any reason to be popular and one of the only people who can manage to stay relevant with least efforts, there is no surprise in seeing him on the list of most popular stars. 

5. Sobhita Dhulipala

Taking the fifth spot on this list is Sobhita Dhulipala. Having worked alongside Aditya Roy Kapur and Anil Kapoor in The Night Manager, Shobhita had a great 2024 by starring in the American film Monkey Man. Moreover, she also worked in the film Love, Sitara along with voicing Deepika Padukone in the Telugu dub of Kalki 2898 AD.

6. Sharvari

Following Shobhita is Sharvari who featured in the super-hit horror comedy Munjya. The actress also featured in the Junaid Khan and Jaideep Ahlawat starrer Maharaj. Also in the year was a titled role alongside John Abraham in the film Vedaa. 

7. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan

Number seven on the list is another mainstay of Bollywood, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Although the actress has not appeared in any films this year, her history as a proven actress and her undeniable beauty kept her relevant and talked about among the people.

8. Samantha

The eight spot in the most popular stars list goes to Samantha Ruth Prabhu. Having made a lot of buzz with her dedicated fan base and active social media presence, her being at number eight is not a surprise. Moreover, her performance in the Raj and DK series Citadel: Honey Bunny only helped get her more fans, making this rank look a little low for her. 

9. Alia Bhatt

At the ninth place in the list is Alia Bhatt. Having only done one film in 2024, Alia proved that her fanbase is one of the strongest out there. Moreover, her film Jigra which was released recently on Netflix has also garnered public attention for being underappreciated in the theatres.

10. Prabhas

Now, to end the list of most popular stars of 2024 is none other than Bahubali himself, Prabhas. Starring in the box office monster Kalki 2898 AD, which went on gross over ₹1100 worldwide, Prabhas’ position in the list is obvious. Moreover, his dedicated fan base makes sure to always back their favorite star whenever the opportunity arises.
