Best Way To Consume Fermented Rice
You should soak a cup of rice in 2 cups of water for about 8-12 hours at room temperature. Excess water should be drained out and you should rinse it lightly. You can consume it plain, as kanji or with curd. You can even blend it with lemon, coconut chutney and vegetables for a probiotic-rich breakfast.
