The dish involves chicken, in a sauce made of tomato, cream and butter. Thus, it brings forth a creamy rich flavour enhancing the savouriness of this curry. Moreover, it is generally had with naan bread or other Indian bread. However, it is also often had with rice. Therefore, Butter Chicken is a favourite among non-vegetarians.
Butter Chicken gets voted the best chicken dish
In the recent list released by TasteAtlas, it narrowed down the 100 best chicken dishes in the world. However, to top the list in the number 1 position is Butter Chicken of Murgh Makhani from New Delhi, India. The people of the world voted for this dish to be the best chicken dish, marking a testament to the supremacy of Indian food. Moreover, it did not come across as a surprise to the most chicken eaters in the world.
