Haircare Tips: Hair loss is a serious threat among young people which can occur due to various reasons. Surprisingly, it is the young ones who are affected tremendously by this phenomenon. A study by Traya, India’s first health-tech brand revealed that among the men who face hair loss in India, 50.31 percent are below the age of 25 years. The study brought forth even more concerning results which shall be discussed further. However, there is still a chance for recovery.

Haircare Tips: Findings of the study conducted by Traya

Traya is the first-ever health-tech brand in India and it is dedicated to treating hair loss in individuals. Recently, experts at Traya conducted a massive study involving around 500000 men. The target of the research was to find out the average percentage of men who face hair loss in India. According to the co-founder of Traya, Saloni Anand, the brand is focused on spreading awareness about the early signs of hair loss so that the youth in particular can seek treatment in the initial stages.

The study outlined that 50.31 percent of Indian men who face hair loss are below the age of 25 years. Out of these around 28.89 percent are below 21 and have already reached stage 3 of hair loss. What is even more threatening is the fact that an average Traya customer’s age is highlighted to be 28 years.

What are the ways to recover from hair loss?

Apart from taking proper treatment from brands like Traya, there are some methods you can apply to promote hair growth and get back your self-esteem.

Alter your diet

One of the major reasons why you face hair loss is due to your bad eating habits. Young people top this category as they don’t tend to focus on what they eat. Including foods rich in vitamins and minerals in your diet will promote hair growth radically.

Minimize your stress

Mental stress is one of the leading factors for hair loss. Try reducing your stress levels as much as possible. Channelize your energy by hitting the gym or indulging yourself in some sports.

With all alternatives kept aside, when you notice early signs of hair loss, you must immediately seek professional help. Sometimes kickstarting your hair growth once again may only be achieved by a topical treatment that can only be administered by professionals.
