The Bollywood actress Ananya Panday undergoes a strict diet to maintain her slim body healthily. Bollywood actresses often have to conform to certain beauty standards to get lead roles. Unfortunately, most times, the actresses have to look conventional beautiful rather than having to be good actors. Therefore, the actresses undergo a strict diet and workout plan to maintain their figure. Ananya Panday, one of the biggest faces in Bollywood also undergoes a lot of training and a strict diet to achieve the same.

Ananya Panday’s Workout routine

Ananya Panday starts her mornings with a yoga session. She does various types of yoga ranging from Hatha to vinyasa yoga. Moreover, she often does aerial yoga. The actress claims that she would schedule the rest of her work only after finishing a yoga session. Apart from Yoga, she also enjoys Pilates, which helps with flexibility. On top of this, she does a lot of strength training, and cardio and also enjoys swimming and dancing.

Ananya Panday’s Diet

She even undergoes a strict diet to maintain a healthy and fit lifestyle. While she eats clean 6 days a week, she indulges on Sundays, cheat days. On cheat days she enjoys a lot of sweets like cookies. Apart from this, she indulges in a lot of burgers.

On her diet days, she starts off her morning with an ABC juice for immunity. This juice consists of apple, beetroot and carrot. She also likes to have a lot of fruits and vitamin C throughout the day.

For breakfast, she typically likes to have an omelette and toast with butter, along with black coffee.

For lunch, She has a chicken sandwich with veggies

For snacks, she likes to have nuts and fruits with another cup of black coffee

For dinner, she likes to have grilled chicken or fish with soup.
