Sadhguru Tips: Should You Be Serious All the Time? Jaggi Vasudev Reveals How to Conduct Life; WATCH

You should listen to the spiritual guru to know about the seriousness briefly.

Sadhguru Tips: The renowned Indian yogi and spiritual leader, Jaggi Vasudev, popularly known as Sadhguru, has revealed why one should not be serious all the time. In one of his talks, he explained that life is not meant to be lived with a serious face all the time. He further added that being serious all the time can lead to unnecessary stress and anxiety, which can negatively impact one’s physical and mental health. So, if you are someone who takes life too seriously, it’s time to take a step back and enjoy the simple pleasures of life.

Sadhguru Shares Tips on Being Serious about Life

A video of the spiritual leader went viral online which showed him talking about the seriousness in life. He said in the video, “Are you looking all very serious? I must tell you this. The only and only reason why all humanity is not naturally enlightened or naturally meditative, at least, is simply because they’re dead serious about their lives. You must first get serious and then be dead. But you are dead. And then trying to be serious is not good. If, somebody comes and tells you my grandmother is serious, what do you think that means? She’s on the way out. If you are serious, that’s what it means. You’re on the way out. You are excluding yourself from life and the life process. When you’re alive, don’t complain about any damn thing. You’re alive. That means its great because once you’re dead, you stay dead.”

Netizens reacted to the video

The video was posted on Instagram and his devotees started reacting to the video in the comments. The audience was in awe and showered the spiritual leader with appreciation. One user wrote, “Yes, joy and laughter for everyone! The world would be a happy place than..When we realize envy or hatred does not havy any good use for us.”
