Two times Ram Kapoor has failed miserably to lose his flab. The actor said he lost 30Kgs weight two times and gained the same amount back. However, in the end, the flab bent his knees in front of Ram's dedication and he lost 55 Kg.

Highlighting the issues one faces during the journey of weight loss Ram Kapoor revealed the most important aspect of losing pounds. Ram said that mindset is an important factor when trying to cut kgs. He said 'Any diet is temporary and that requires willpower, the point is instead of dieting you have to change your mindset.'
Talking about Ram Kapoor's diet plan, as the actor revealed he used to eat two meals a day. One around 10:30 in the morning, the other at 6:30 PM. In between, Ram used to have coffee or water. Ram Kapoor strictly said that there should be no snack in between the meals or after and one has to refuse eating after sunset for effective weight loss.
