India’s airstrikes under Operation Sindoor were far wider and more powerful than officially revealed, a leaked dossier from Pakistan has confirmed. The document shows that India hit eight more locations than it publicly admitted after the May 7 retaliatory strikes that followed the deadly Pahalgam terror attack.
According to Pakistan’s internal report on its counter-operation, Operation Bunyan un Marsoos, Indian airstrikes reached deep into Pakistan. The document names cities like Peshawar, Jhang, Hyderabad (Sindh), Gujrat (Punjab), Gujranwala, Bahawalnagar, Attock, and Chor — none of which were mentioned by Indian officials or the IAF after the strikes.
Pakistan Dossier CONFIRMS The Wider Scope Of Operation Sindoor
The leak changes the picture of Operation Sindoor entirely. It explains why Pakistan quickly pushed for a ceasefire just days after the high-intensity exchange. By keeping some targets confidential, India may have intended to let Pakistan expose the extent of the damage, while avoiding a public escalation or giving away tactical surprises.
Satellite images from Maxar Technologies had already confirmed destruction at several terror camps across Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. Known targets included the Jaish-e-Mohammed headquarters in Bahawalpur and a Lashkar-e-Taiba facility in Muridke. Additional sites like Muzaffarabad, Kotli, Rawalakot, Bhimber, Chakswari, Neelum Valley, Jhelum, and Chakwal were also hit.
Even though India stressed that its attacks only targeted terror infrastructure, Pakistan responded by launching drones and missiles at Indian civilian and military sites. India then responded with heavy force, hitting 11 Pakistani airbases. These included Nur Khan, Rafiqui, Sukkur, Murid, Sargodha, Pasrur, Skardu, Chunian, Bholari, Sialkot, and Jacobabad.
India Draws A Firm Red Line On Terror
India has made its position clear by stating that any major terror act will be treated as an act of war. Operation Sindoor sends a strong signal. India’s deep and precise strikes show its growing military confidence and strategic clarity.
The leaked Pakistani dossier also weakens Islamabad’s earlier claims that it inflicted heavy damage on India. It instead shows why Pakistan rushed to seek peace after facing extensive blows across multiple military and civilian zones.
