Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida enjoys ‘gol-gappe’ with Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Delhi; watch video

Prime Minister Narendra Modi never fails to introduce his guest to Indian culture and heritage. He also makes them taste the Indian food as he does when he visit any foreign country. Japan’s Prime Minister Fumio Kishida is currently on his India visit and he tried different Indian food including ‘gol-gappe’, ‘lassi’ during his visit to Buddha Jayanti Park in Delhi with PM Narendra Modi on Monday. PM Narendra Modi uploaded a video of him and Fumio Kishida on his Instagram account in which they both can be seen enjoying ‘gol-gappe’ together.

Fumio Kishida is enjoying eating Indian food and it looks like he loved the taste as he asked for one more. PM Narendra Modi was seen laughing with him as he enjoyed the food during his visit to Buddha Jayanti Parim. Sharing the video on Instagram, Narendra Modi wrote, “My friend PM @fumio_kishida enjoys Indian snacks including tasty Golgappas.”

Netizens reacted to the video

As soon as the Prime Minister shared the video on his instagram account, netizens started reacting to the video. They asked if Japanese PM asked for ‘sookhi papdi’ after eating the spicy gol gappe. One user wrote, “id he ask for sookhi papdi? Jokes apart, what a sweet moment this is.” Another user wrote, “He’ll come back to India for sure for golgappa.”
