Union Minister and BJP President J.P. Nadda highlighted Gandhi's vision of self-reliance, which remains significant in modern India. Nadda wrote on X, "I pay my heartfelt tribute to the eternal worshiper of truth and non-violence, the great leader of the Indian freedom movement, 'Father of the Nation' Mahatma Gandhi on his death anniversary." Union Home Minister Amit Shah also shared his respects, recalling Gandhi's global influence and his role in uniting India during the freedom struggle.
