Neeraj Bishnoi, the main accused in the Bulli Bai app case has been arrested by the Delhi Police from Assam. At the same time, according to DCP (IFSO) KPS Malhotra, the person who created its first Twitter handle in the Bulli Bai case, whose name is Neeraj Bishnoi, has been arrested by Delhi Police from Assam. He will be produced in Delhi court tonight. He is an engineering student and his laptop has been seized. This is the fourth arrest so far in the case.

IFSO DCP KPS ​​Malhotra said that Neeraj Bishnoi, arrested from Assam, is the main conspirator and creator of ‘Bulli Bai’ on GitHub and the main Twitter account holder of the app. He is being brought to Delhi.

Neeraj Bishnoi, who was arrested from Assam, is a resident of Digambar Jorhat in Assam. Whose age is 21 years. Neeraj Bishnoi is a B.Tech second year student at CMC Vellore Institute of Technology Bhopal.

Before Neeraj was arrested from Assam, three people have been arrested in the case. In this, a 21-year-old engineer from Bangalore and an 18-year-old girl Shweta and a boy from Uttarakhand have been arrested.

A person named Vishal Kumar Jha has been arrested from Bangalore, while a boy named Shweta Singh and Mayank Rawat, studying in class 12 from Uttarakhand, have been arrested and brought to Mumbai.

On the first day of the year that is January 1, a female journalist shared her picture being sold as ‘deal of the day’ on the Bulli Bai app. The journalist said on Twitter that it is very sad that as a Muslim woman you have to start your new year with this fear and hatred.

Leaders across party lines have condemned the cyber harassment of women from the minority community and demanded strict action against the culprits. Many people have blamed right-wing elements for this. Hundreds of Muslim women were listed for auction on the app, whose photographs were taken without permission and tampered with. This is the second time this has happened in less than a year.
