Rahul Gandhi: Leader of the Opposition (LoP) Rahul Gandhi has blasted the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi amid severe concerns over the shortage of Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders in the country.

The remarks of Rahul Gandhi came after many opposition MPs including his sister and Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra staged a parliament protest over the ongoing shortage of commercial LPG cylinders across the country.
Energy Security Of India Is ‘Compromised’
Gandhi went on to add that the energy situation and security of India has been compromised by PM Modi. The LoP added that the foreign policy of the Union Government was the primary reason behind the LPG cylinder crisis.
Gandhi remarked that India now has to prepare a fool-proof policy as the existing policy by PM Modi is flawed. He asked Modi and the Union Government to immediately start the required preparations else crores of Indians would be suffering massive losses.
Gandhi added that whether Iran would allow the passage of fuel through the Strait of Hormuz or not is not the bigger issue. Gandhi said the bigger issue is the present-day world order and commented that he is seeing a big problem coming soon.
