A 14-year-old minor boy has been arrested from Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu. The minor is accused of sexually abusing a four-year-old girl. Police said that the boy, a student of class nine, sexually assaulted a girl living in his neighbourhood.
According to the police, the boy father is no more. He lives with his mother. On Saturday, the victim girl and her brother were playing with the accused boy outside his house. During this, the accused took her to his house on the pretext of playing with the girl. Then he sexually assaulted her by taking her near the thorn bushes.
Both of them returned to their homes after being sexually assaulted. After this the girl’s mother took her to bathe. During this the girl was crying in pain. When her mother questioned her, the matter of sexual abuse came to light. She was then admitted to the hospital, where doctors confirmed sexual abuse.
As per a report by The Times of India, the boy was arrested on Sunday and sent to a home for children in conflict with the law in Tirunelveli.
