When the cases of corona in the country decreased, the central and state governments started easing the restrictions. The effect of unlock was that many people started doing arbitrariness. ICMR Director Dr. Balram Bhargava said that the pictures coming from the hill stations are frightening. People should take care of the necessary behavior to prevent corona. Some such photos were also shown in the press conference.
The Health Ministry said that for the last 9 days, less than 50 thousand cases are being reported in the country. 80% new cases of corona virus in the country are coming from 90 districts. More cases are being reported in Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Karnataka. If more infections are seen in some districts, then we will have to assume that there is a second wave. There are some districts in the country where the positivity rate is more than 10%.
