Punjab and Haryana continue to grapple with a cold wave, as minimum temperatures remain below normal levels. Key areas like Ballowal Saunkhri in Punjab’s Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar district record zero degrees Celsius, highlighting the severity of the cold spell.
