The testing was done in three levels:

1. Accuracy (EPA & DHA levels):

  • The brand claims “7x strength”, but this is based on two capsules, not one
  • Total fish oil in two capsules: 2700 mg
  • Claimed EPA: 1225 mg | Found: 1345.41 mg
  • Claimed DHA: 864 mg | Found: 138.15 mg

While EPA levels were higher than claimed, DHA levels were significantly lower. Despite this mismatch, the product still passed the accuracy test overall.

2. Rancidity test:

  • Result: Negative
  • This means the it is fresh and not oxidised

3. Heavy metals test:

  • All heavy metals were found below safe limits

Many brands highlight terms like “high absorption triglyceride form” to attract buyers. However, this may not be as important as it sounds.

The absorption remains almost the same if you take it regularly after a high-fat meal. Therefore, instead of focusing on form, it is better to look at purity, accuracy and safety.

Dhurandhar 2 Director Aditya Dhar Was Surprised By His Insane Ideas

In his note, Dhar admitted that even he was surprised by how far his ideas went during the film. He wrote, “To my action team on Dhurandhar – Aejaz Gulab, Sea Young Oh, Yannick Ben, Ramazan Bulut and Vishal Tyagi. There’s a thin line between conviction and madness and on this film, I crossed it almost every single day. I would walk up to Aejaz bhai with ideas that even I knew sounded ridiculous the moment I said them out loud, a man being cooked inside an industrial pressure cooker, someone being dragged through the busy streets behind a bike with a noose around his neck, thirty men hanging upside down from fans and spinning at the push of a button.”

He also added, “These weren’t just ideas, they were problems I was casually handing over to him. And every single time, the response was the same, no hesitation, no judgement, just – ‘Okay, let’s figure it out.’ That mindset is what defines all of you.”

Director Reveals 400 Stunt Performers Were Involved

Dhar also revealed how big the film’s action setup was. He said that more than 400 stunt performers worked on the project, which is huge. He shared a moment from the shoot, saying, “I still remember a point during the shoot where I told Aejaz bhai – We’re running out of stuntmen, I’m seeing the same faces again. And he just looked at me and casually replied – There’s no one left, we’ve used almost everyone in Mumbai. More than 400 stunt performers. Even now, that number sounds unreal. But that’s what it took.”

Apart from the scale, Dhar praised the team’s hard work and attention to detail. He credited Sea Young Oh and his team for designing key scenes, including the film’s climaxes and the intense Jaskirat massacre.

He wrote, “What stayed with me even more than the scale was the precision and ownership each of you brought. Mr. Sea Young Oh and his incredible team didn’t just design action, they choreographed the brilliant climaxes of both parts and built the breathlessness of the Jaskirat massacre in a way that you feel it in your chest.”

Dhurandhar And Dhuradhar 2 ‘Behind The Scenes’ Preparation

Dhar also spoke about the preparation behind these scenes. The team built mock sets, practised again and again, and kept improving the action. Even with tight deadlines and tough conditions, they made sure safety came first.

He said, “What people won’t see is what went into making all of this possible. Mock sets built on studio floors. Days and days of rehearsals. Then reworking, then rehearsing again. We were under insane timelines, dealing with extreme conditions, but the one thing we never compromised on was safety and preparation. That’s the only reason we could pull off what we did.”

Dhurandhar franchise is already known for its strong and realistic action. From fast chases to intense fights, it has set a new level for action films in India. Reports also say that Ranveer Singh performed a high-risk stunt himself in the sequel, which has become one of the most talked-about moments.

Gurugram News: The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has announced that approximately 40 percent of the Bilaspur flyover has been completed. Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana: The Haryana government has approved housing projects across 60 urban local bodies (ULBs) for 2647 beneficiaries of the state in a move towards offering affordable housing to urban middle-class and poor families of Haryana.

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Approvals

The projects were approved during a meeting of the state-level monitoring and sanctioning committee under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Urban 2.0.

Haryana Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi presided the high-level meeting and reflected upon the state’s accelerating momentum to implement the flagship housing scheme of the Union Government. The move would offer pucca homes to families who belong to the lower income group (LIG), middle income group (MIG) and economically weaker section (EWS) in the urban areas.

Mohammad Shayin, the Commissioner and Secretary of housing for all, communicated that around 169,483 applicants had registered their housing demand till now via the Government of India’s unified web portal. This underlined the positive and staggering confidence of the general public in the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Urban 2.0 scheme.

Shayin added that 46902 applicats have been validated till now out of which 29437 have been rejected and 17465 accepted after scrutiny. It was also added that 12552 homes have been geo-tagged till date.

Eligible beneficiaries receive a financial assistance of Rs. 1 lakh from the state and Rs. 1.50 lakh from the union government under the PMAY-U 2.0 for constructing a multi-storeyed, all-weather pucca house with a maximum carpet area of 45 square meters and a minimum carpet area of 30 square meters.

What is a Pucca House?

Pucca houses are made with permanent and durable materials like bricks, stone, steel, concrete and cement. They are highly resistant against strong winds, rainfall, hailstorms and heat compared to temporary structures. Some of the most common pucca homes are brick and mortar homes, concrete structure house, Stone Masonry House and RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) House.

Bhagwant Mann: Punjab Police has intensified its crackdown on drug trafficking, arresting 126 drug smugglers on Day 409 of the ongoing ‘Yudh Nashian Virudh’ campaign.

Bhagwant Mann: Major Seizures Across the State

During coordinated raids conducted at multiple locations, police recovered 1.4 kg of heroin, 5.4 kg of opium, 69 kg of poppy husk, 558 intoxicant tablets and capsules, along with ₹4.91 lakh in drug money. Officials said the seizures reflect continued efforts to disrupt illegal drug supply chains.

Statewide Raids and Enforcement

The arrests were made as part of a large-scale operation carried out across Punjab. Authorities emphasised that the campaign being implemented with a strong focus on intelligence-based action and strict law enforcement.

Focus on Rehabilitation

Alongside enforcement, the campaign is also prioritising rehabilitation. Around 25 individuals were persuaded to undergo de-addiction and rehabilitation treatment, highlighting a balanced approach to tackling drug abuse.

Nearly 59,000 Arrests So Far

Police data reveals that a total of 58,829 drug smugglers have been arrested during the 409-day-long campaign, underlining the масштаб and consistency of the anti-drug drive.

Rajasthan News: The state of Rajasthan is all set to introduce automated grain Automated teller machines (ATMs) for the distribution of ration to poor, financially deprived and those below poverty line. The move is seen by many in the political circles as an excellent development that would improve delivery to more than 4.3 million beneficiaries under the food security scheme of Rajasthan.

The grain ATM rollout with get started with pilot installations in Bikaner, Bharatpur and Jaipur. Beneficiaries would collect their entitled quota of pulses, rice and wheat in a manner similar to cash withdrawals from a bank’s ATM.

The machine would allow individuals to receive supplies of wheat, sugar or rice 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. The grain ATMs would have the facility of biometric (fingerprint or iris) scan. Interested individuals would be required to enter their ration card number and put their thumb impression. Once the verification has been successfully completed, the allotted quantity of grains would fall into the bag kept under the grain ATM machine.

Moreover, it would help them get spared by long queues at traditional ration shops. Rajasthan Food Secretary Ambrish Kumar remarked the grain ATMs in Rajasthan would soon be started after a release date has been received by the Government of India. The technology that is presently being developed under the United Nations’ World Food Program is completely indigenous.

Food and civil Supplies minister Sumit Godara that the grain ATM system would be expanded gradually throughout the state after the pilot phase.
