To further enhance the holiday experience, the Central Government has thoughtfully implemented two annexures, catering to diverse preferences and locations.
First Annexure: Standard Leaves for All
The holiday festivities commence with the first annexure, providing central government employees with a standard set of leaves. These leaves serve as the foundation for a year of well-deserved breaks.
Second Annexure: Optional Leaves for Enhanced Flexibility
The excitement escalates with the introduction of the second annexure, offering a selection of optional leaves. These leaves empower employees to tailor their holiday plans to their individual needs and preferences. For those based in Delhi or New Delhi, the choice lies between two alternative holidays. Meanwhile, employees residing outside Delhi or New Delhi enjoy the flexibility to choose three optional holidays. This personalized approach ensures that 2024 will be a year packed with holidays, tailored to each employee’s unique circumstances.
