CM Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday said that more than nine lakh youths have so far received government job appointment letters in Uttar Pradesh under the state government’s recruitment drives.
Addressing a public gathering, the Chief Minister said the government is committed to ensuring transparent and merit-based recruitment while taking strict action against those involved in irregularities affecting the future of young aspirants.
Yogi Adityanath stated that anyone found playing with the future of youths or engaging in recruitment-related fraud would face strict legal consequences, including property seizure.

The Uttar Pradesh government has repeatedly stated that large-scale recruitment drives have been carried out in various departments to provide employment opportunities to youths across the state.
Officials claim the recruitment process has been made more transparent through the use of technology and stricter monitoring systems to prevent malpractice.
Warning against recruitment fraud
The Chief Minister also issued a warning against individuals or groups allegedly involved in cheating, paper leaks or other illegal activities connected to government recruitment examinations.
According to the government, strict action and legal proceedings are being initiated in cases where attempts are made to manipulate recruitment processes or exploit job aspirants.
