Ghaziabad News: The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has started the online and offline registration process for its 2026 plot auction, offering residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, and group housing plots across multiple schemes in the city.
According to the authority, the registration process began on May 2, 2026, and will continue until May 16, 2026, while the auction is scheduled to take place on May 20, 2026, at Hindi Bhavan, Lohia Nagar, Ghaziabad, from 11:00 AM onwards.

The auction includes residential plots, commercial plots, convenient shopping plots, shop plots, hotel plots, group housing plots, educational institution plots, medical institution plots, old-age home plots, and industrial plots under various GDA schemes.
Major schemes included in auction
Properties are being offered in schemes including Indirapuram, Vaishali, Kaushambi, Koel Enclave, Pratap Vihar, Sanjay Nagar, Karpuripuram, and Ambedkar Road District Centre. Several plots earmarked for schools, hospitals, dispensaries, health centres, and nursing homes are also part of the auction process.
Focus on transparent process
Ghaziabad Development Authority said the initiative is aimed at ensuring a transparent property allocation process while encouraging planned urban development in Ghaziabad.
Institutional and healthcare infrastructure boost
The proposed auction also includes land parcels for educational and healthcare facilities, reflecting the authority’s emphasis on strengthening civic infrastructure alongside residential and commercial expansion.
Important conditions for some plots
Officials stated that certain plots may be allotted with conditions restricting permanent construction, and buyers will have to comply with terms mentioned in the official brochure issued by the authority.
Public encouraged to participate
The authority has invited interested applicants to complete registration within the deadline and participate in the auction process as part of Ghaziabad’s expanding urban development initiatives.
