During the seventh over of the second inning, a run out occurred when Patriots batter Joshua Da Silva struck the third ball of the over directly towards Rashid Khan. Evin Lewis, who was at the non-striker’s end, was in the process of backing up when the ball hit the stumps without warning. Rashid Khan showed remarkable anticipation just as Evin Lewis contemplated taking a quick single.

With quick reflexes, the bowler swiftly moved away from the ball, turned back, retrieved it, and managed to dismiss Evin Lewis before he could make it back to his crease. This crucial wicket taken by Rashid Khan in the match was a result of his ability to dislodge the bails before Evin Lewis could regain his ground, significantly benefiting his team.
