Kyle Mayers played a crucial role with his impressive shot-making, but prior to that, an amusing incident occurred on the field, evoking laughter from the spectators.
Saha’s fashion blunder leaves everyone in splits
Prior to the start of the second innings, Gujarat Titans (GT) intended to substitute Wriddhiman Saha with Srikar Bharat as a fielder and replace Shubman Gill with Alzarri Joseph as the Impact Player. Unfortunately, the umpires disallowed the double substitution, compelling Saha to take the field instead.
The incident that initially caused confusion quickly transformed into a lighthearted moment as Saha unintentionally provided some amusement with a fashion mishap. He mistakenly wore his pants with sponsor logos positioned in the back rather than the front, leaving everyone in splits. He had actually worn his trousers other way around.
