IND vs NZ: On February 1 at Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium, India and New Zealand will play the third game of their series. Before the game, BCCI Secretary Jai Shah made a significant announcement at the same time. The women’s team, which won the Under-19 World Cup 2023 by defeating England in the championship game, has been invited to watch India-New Zealand on February 1 at Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium. However, Sachin Tendulkar, the cricketing god, will congratulate the entire Indian women’s team prior to the game.
BCCI secretary Jai Shah announced
Before the match between India and New Zealand, Jai Shah, Secretary of the Board of Control for Cricket in India, said the following: “It gives me great pleasure to welcome BCCI office holders and Bharat Ratna Shri Sachin Tendulkar to Narendra Modi Stadium on February 1 at 6 p.m. I will also congratulate the winning India U19 team at 6:30 IST. India is proud of its young cricketers, and we will recognise their accomplishments.” He went on to say, “I cordially invite Captain Shafali Verma and her successful team to watch the third T20I with us on February 1st at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. It is definitely appropriate to celebrate this enormous accomplishment.”
Indian team will go to win the series
On February 1st, India and New Zealand will play their third game in the series. The series will be won by the team that prevails in the final game. However, the team led by captain Hardik Pandya hopes to defeat the Kiwis and win the series. The top order batsmen will need to score runs at all costs if Team India is to prevail. Additionally, the fast bowlers still have room for improvement, and the team selection prior to the last game must take the pitch into consideration.
