IND vs WI: 4,6,4,4 – Tilak Varma Goes All Guns-Blazing against Caribbeans, Smokes Big Hits Round the Stadium

IND vs WI: The final match of the five-match T20I series is currently underway at the Central Broward Regional Park Stadium Turf Ground, Lauderhill, Florida. The series is currently tied at 2-2 as both the teams eye for series. Tilak Varma, the star batter, who made his debut just in this series has left an incredible mark on everyone with his fearless batting. In today’s match as well, he went berserk in the final over of the powerplay as he went on to hit 4,6,4,4 against Alzarri Joseph.

Tilak Varma goes big

India opted to bat first in the clash but had a poor start. Heroes of the last match, Jaiswal and Gill were dismissed with a score of just 5 & 9 respectively. By the end of fifth over, the scorecard read just 32/2. However, this was it when Tilak Varma decided to change gears. He started the attack by hitting a boundary on the second ball towards the mid-wicket.

Without any fear, he slammed a massive six towards the fine-leg. The crowd started erupting in joy as soon as the ball sailed across the boundary line. However, this was not the end of it, as he slammed two more boundaries on the next two balls. The over ended up giving 19 runs as the momentum shifted towards the Men in Blue. Tilak Varma could not play till the end and was dismissed with a score of 27 runs off 18 balls.
