IND vs WI: Kuldeep Yadav Creates History! Becomes Fastest Indian to Achieve THIS Big Milestone

IND vs WI

IND vs WI: In the third T20 International against the West Indies, Indian spinner Kuldeep Yadav achieved a dual victory for the team by taking the wickets of Nicholas Pooran and Brandon King consecutively within a single over. This accomplishment marked a significant milestone in his career as he became the fastest Indian to achieve 50 wickets in the T20I format. Despite both batsmen showing good form, Yadav’s skilful bowling disrupted their rhythm. The match is currently underway at Providence Stadium in Guyana, where the West Indies won the toss and chose to bat as the opening move.

Kuldeep Yadav attains big record

Entering the 15th over, Kuldeep Yadav delivered the first ball with a flattened trajectory, Nicholas Pooran attempted to launch a substantial stroke in response, but the ball held its line, staying low and eluding the spot of the bat. In a flawless execution by the wicket-keeper, Pooran was smartly stumped. Pooran’s performance yielded a score of 20 runs from 12 deliveries, inclusive of two boundaries and a six.

Continuing his spell, Kuldeep Yadav opted for a gradual and lengthier delivery, placing it wide outside the off stump on the fifth ball. Brandon King aimed to carve the ball through the off side, but his efforts resulted in a straightforward catch, neatly secured by Kuldeep himself. King’s innings amounted to a well-constructed 42 runs from 42 balls, comprising five fours and a six.

In achieving these dismissals, Kuldeep Yadav accomplished a significant milestone, surpassing 50 wickets in T20 Internationals. His achievement was notable as he became the fastest Indian bowler to achieve this feat.
