SRH vs LSG IPL 2023: After a rapid start provided by Abhishek Sharma and Anmolpreet Singh, the Sunrisers Hyderabad team suffered a sudden collapse. Despite winning the toss and choosing to bat first, Hyderabad faced a challenging start against the bowlers of the Lucknow Super Giants. Abhishek Sharma got out on the very first delivery of the third over, and his opening partner soon followed suit.

Amit Mishra pulls off a blinder

In the ninth over, on the fifth delivery, Krunal Pandya, the captain of the Lucknow Super Giants, once again summoned Amit Mishra to bowl. Anmolpreet Singh, who had been the only batsman to approach the 30-run milestone in the match, advanced down the wicket but ended up edging the ball.

The experienced leg-spinner, who had delivered a deceptive loop, took a brilliant catch off his own bowling to dismiss the batsman who had been in good form. Lucknow Super Giants, led by Krunal Pandya, currently hold the fifth position. They have achieved five victories and suffered an equal number of defeats in their eleven matches. On the other hand, the Sunrisers Hyderabad team remains in the ninth position, having secured only four wins and endured six losses in the ten matches they have played thus far.
