T20 World Cup 2022: Since the BCCI is the wealthiest cricket organisation in the world, they always work to give their players the best. Rajal Arora is the only female support staff member who is travelling with the Indian team for the World Cup with the fact that support staff is typically crucial to a squad.

Moving on to who she is, Rajal is actually in charge of coordinating communications between Team India players and the media. She started out as a content writer for companies. She began working for BCCI in 2015 as a social media manager and has since been given the title of senior producer.

She stays constantly with the team

In order to strengthen the bond between Indian athletes and their supporters, Rajal is crucial. In the present, she works for BCCI as a senior media producer. The only support staff member who has consistently stayed with the team is she, who also travelled to Australia with the team.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in media studies from the Symbiosis Institute Of Media And Communication in Pune. She was a participant in the basketball and shooting teams at Riverdale High School.

In 2019, Rajal Arora was chosen to lead the four-person Internal Committee (IC) of the BCCI, which investigates allegations of sexual misconduct. Lawyer Karina Kripalani had just resigned and was completing her notice when Arora took over. Additionally, Rajal Arora served as the chair of the BCCI’s internal complaints committee, which kept an eye on issues like player misbehaviour. The BCCI’s media and communication team includes Arora as a producer.
