Now, just two days before the commencement, former veteran Women's player Mithali Raj has taken over all the headlines with her viral dance video. The former cricketer can be seen dancing to the Bollywood hit number, 'Manike.'

Mithali Raj grooves to hit song

Mithali Raj, the iconic Indian women's cricketer who retired from international cricket last year, has been appointed as the mentor of Gujarat Giants for the first edition of Women's Premier League (WPL).

Besides her legendary cricketing career, Raj is also a trained Bharatnatyam dancer, and the franchise recently shared a video on social media of the former Indian skipper showcasing her dance moves, reminding fans of her talent.

The official Twitter page of Gujarat Giants shared a video which has now gone viral. The video captures Mithali Raj dancing gracefully to the tune of the popular song. Raj's flawless moves synced perfectly with the beats of the song, and her smile added to the charm of the performance, making it an instant hit.
