Delhi News: Delhi seems to get no relief from the humidity and scorching heat as predicted by the IMD. The city has been witnessing warm and humid weather over the past one week. There has been no sign of rain at all. According to the Met Department, there will be no relief from the weather for the coming week also. There is no sign of rain as of now. The temperature is likely to increase in the coming days. The city will witness windy weather during the afternoon with around 37 degrees of temperature.   

 IMD: City will have Partly Cloudy Sky in Coming Week

According to the Met Department, there will be no rains for the coming one week, but the weather may be cloudy with high winds. Delhi has received 60 percent less rainfall this year as compared to the last year. This year the city witnessed 60% less rainfall. August month records 91.0 ml of rains which is less than 60%. The weather will be humid and warm in the coming week.

‘Maximum Temperature Likely to be 37 Degrees’

It is difficult to step outside of the house during afternoon due to the sun and scorching heat. People have been sitting in the ACs on all the time to get some relief from the warm weather. The maximum temperature is likely to be 37 degrees as predicted by the Weather Department. Doctors advise elderly people and children below 10 years to remain in house to avoid seasonal illness from this weather.
