Weather Update April 14 2026: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted that several states in Northern India such as Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh are likely to experience a sudden rise in maximum temperatures.
Uttar Pradesh Weather Update
Aligarh, Saharanpur, Gorakhpur, Noida, Agra, Varanasi, Prayagraj, Meerut, Bareilly, Mathura and Rampur may notice a sudden rise in maximum temperatures.
Rajasthan Weather Update
Hanumangarh, Pali, Baran, Bundi, Churu, Nagaur, Sri Ganganagar, Barmer, Jaisalmer, Sirohi, Tonk and Sawai Madhopur may experience violent thunderstorms and rain showers, especially during early morning hours.

Uttarakhand, Jammu & Kashmir And Himachal Pradesh Weather Update
Ghumarwin, Jogindernagar, Sundernagar, Tissa, Sarkaghat, Palampur, Baijnath, Chamba and Dalhousie are likely to witness bone-chilling weather conditions. Kishtwar, Bhaderwah, Doda, Gurez, Uri, Sopore, Anantnag, Poonch, Rajouri and Kupwara are also likely to experience similar weather conditions.
Ukhimath, Tanakpur, Augustmuni, Purola, Barkot, Sitarganj, Bageshwar and Didihat may experience heavy to very heavy rainfall. Many regions in the state of Uttarakhand may experience rain showers along with landslides.
Madhya Pradesh Weather Update
Mandsaur, Raisen, Sehore, Betul, Balaghat, Shahdol, Sidhi, Harda and Ashoknagar may notice an increase in maximum temperatures. The maximum temperatures in most of these regions may go past the 40-degree mark.

Greater Noida, Faridabad, Meerut, Delhi, Noida and and Gurguram along with several regions in Samana, Sunam, Jalalabad, Nabha, Zira, Mukerian, Kharar and Rajpura may witness an increase in maximum temperatures.
