MP News: In a major step towards women empowerment and social welfare, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav transferred ₹1915.49 crore to the accounts of over 1.27 crore Ladli Bahnas in Madhya Pradesh. The event took place at Kalapipal in Shajapur district, where the CM initiated the financial transfer with a single click. The funds include ₹1553.49 crore under the Ladli Bahna Yojana, benefiting women to support their families.

Support for Ujjwala Beneficiaries and Pensioners

Additionally, ₹27 crore was transferred to 26 lakh beneficiaries of the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana and eligible Ladli Bahnas to help them refill LPG cylinders. The CM also allocated ₹335 crore to 55 lakh recipients under the Social Security Pension Scheme, ensuring continued financial aid for senior citizens, widows, and other vulnerable sections of society.

Inauguration and Development Projects

During the event, CM Mohan Yadav also conducted the Bhoomi Pujan and inauguration of various development projects. He launched the Siddheshwar Panchang, furthering cultural and religious initiatives in the state.

Expressing his dedication to women’s welfare, CM Mohan Yadav remarked, “It gives me immense satisfaction to see our sisters managing family responsibilities with the support of the Ladli Bahna Yojana. We remain committed to working tirelessly for the happiness and prosperity of every sister in Madhya Pradesh.”

The financial aid under these schemes aims to improve the quality of life for women, support households, and uplift marginalized communities. This initiative highlights the government’s ongoing efforts to empower women and foster inclusive development across the state.
