Nawanshahr (Punjab): Gurmeet Singh Meet Hayer, Punjab’s education minister said on Wednesday that the state will make efforts to bring back the glory of government schools. Education is a top priority for the government and massive recruitment for teachers would start soon, said Mr. Hayer while inspecting the Government High Smart School and the Primary School in Saloh village of Nawanshahr.
Further, he said that the newly elected AAP system in Punjab has started focusing to empower government schools in Punjab through ramping up the infrastructure and recruiting staff and teachers to ensure quality education.
By naming teachers the builder of a nation, the education minister requested their immense support and said the Punjab government will leave no bad mark to make Punjab a game-changer in the educational field across the nation.
