Rajasthan News: The village of Dholadatta Pratham in the Bhairukhera gram panchayat of Byawar district is facing an educational crisis as a teacher has been consistently absent for the past year. The absence of the teacher is adversely affecting the academic progress of the children in the village. Despite efforts by the school’s principal, Seema Kundia, to address the issue, including writing to the education directorate in Bikaner, no action has been taken to resolve the problem.

Ravi, the absent teacher, has been issued notices approximately six times to provide reasons for his prolonged absence. However, there has been no response or corrective action taken. The situation is concerning as the school caters to around 150 students from three villages—Lalpura, Dholadatta Pratham, and Kot Gaon.

In response to the critical shortage of teaching staff, Suresh Singh, the SMDC (School Management and Development Committee) Chairman, has urged the Education Department to promptly appoint another teacher to ensure the continuity of education for the students. The persistent absence of the teacher and the subsequent lack of intervention have prompted local authorities to escalate their demand for urgent action to address the issue.
