Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Visit Uttarakhand on October 12

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to embark on a one-day district tour to Uttarakhand on October 12. District Magistrate Reena Joshi confirmed this information, outlining the Prime Minister’s itinerary for the day. The visit will commence with Prime Minister Modi’s departure from Bareilly Airport in Uttar Pradesh via helicopter, with an expected arrival at the Jeolikang Helipad in the district at 8:05 am. From there, the Prime Minister will travel by road to Parvati Kund at 8:30 am for darshan and worship. Afterward, he will return to Jeolikang Helipad, where he will depart by helicopter to Gunji Helipad at 9:20 am.

Upon reaching “J&K” Rifles Post, the Prime Minister will inspect stalls, interact with the local population, view a local art exhibition, and hold a meeting with Army, BRO, and ITBP officials. The tour will continue as Prime Minister Modi departs from Gunji Helipad to Sukhiyatal Helipad in Almora district at 10:15 am. He will then depart from Sukhiyatal Helipad at 1:10 pm to Naini Saini Airport in the district, followed by a road journey to the sports stadium in Pithoragarh at 2:30 pm. At the stadium, the Prime Minister will inspect stalls, attend cultural programs, and inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for various schemes. The visit concludes with Prime Minister Modi’s departure from the sports stadium at 3:50 pm, arriving at Naini Saini Airport at 4:15 pm, from where he will depart for Bareilly via helicopter.
