Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath announced that the state will witness two major initiatives in governance and agriculture with the inauguration of the new campus of the Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Uttar Pradesh Academy of Administration and Management and the launch of the 9th Uttar Pradesh Mango Festival 2026 in Lucknow.
CM Yogi Adityanath to inaugurate new administrative academy campus
The Chief Minister said the state-of-the-art administrative training academy has been constructed at a cost of over ₹464 crore across an area of more than 22 acres. The modern campus is aimed at strengthening administrative training and enhancing the efficiency and capacity of government officials through advanced learning infrastructure.
Yogi launch 9th Uttar Pradesh Mango Festival 2026
Alongside the inauguration of the academy, Yogi Adityanath will formally inaugurate the 9th Uttar Pradesh Mango Festival 2026, release the festival souvenir, and honour progressive horticulturists for their contribution to the state’s mango cultivation and horticulture sector.
The Chief Minister said the academy would play a key role in promoting efficient governance, while the mango festival would showcase Uttar Pradesh’s rich horticultural heritage and encourage innovation in fruit cultivation. He added that recognising progressive farmers would motivate others to adopt modern agricultural practices.
Yogi Adityanath said capable administration and prosperous farmers form the foundation of a ‘Viksit Uttar Pradesh’ (Developed Uttar Pradesh). He expressed confidence that the combination of improved governance and agricultural growth would further accelerate the state’s development journey.
