Foreign forces may once again attempt to strike through religious conversion and narcotics; we must remain alert and aware: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister and Gorakshpeethadhishwar Mahant Yogi Adityanath cautioned society while addressing saints. He said that whenever a golden era arrives, it inspires awareness and vigilance. When India once witnessed its golden age, foreign invasions also began. Therefore, we must stay alert again. Today as well, attacks may come through religious conversion and narcotics, with foreign forces behind them. No anti-Sanatan activities should ever be accepted. Protecting Sanatan Dharma is necessary for the safety of India, global humanity, and the entire creation. Sanatan will remain safe only when we remain united. “We must not divide, division leads to our downfall. Whenever we have been divided, the result has been disastrous. We must not be divided on the basis of caste, appeasement, region, or language.”

He added that just as the Dharma flag flies proudly over Shri Ram Janmabhoomi in Ayodhya, similarly the flag of Sanatan Dharma should be seen waving atop every Sanatani’s home.

The Chief Minister participated in the idol consecration ceremony and the grand ‘Aath Man’ Bhandara at Baba Palanath Ashram in Kablana village. The consecration of the magnificent idols of Baba Mastnath, Baba Palanath, their guru-brothers, Yogeshwars of this lineage, Shiva Parivar, and Lord Hanuman was completed. He said that governments in the country are working according to India’s civilizational vision.

Haryana too has a double-engine government. Under Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini’s leadership, Haryana is moving forward while setting new benchmarks of development. The CM prayed for peace, prosperity, progress, and happiness for all families.

CM Yogi said that drugs must be fought against. Drug traffickers are destroying the system from within. Drugs lead to ruin; they destroy one’s ability to think. We must save youth, the current generation, and society from drugs. Our enemy wants to spread the drug trade in India in some form or another. Incidents like this continue to occur from across the border. “We must ensure that knowingly or unknowingly, we do not fall into this trap. Otherwise, future generations will not forgive us.”

The CM appealed to saints and Yogeshwars to raise their voice against religious conversion, love jihad, and drugs at every religious event. Anything that weakens the present and pushes the future generation towards darkness should never be tolerated; rather, we must launch campaigns against such forces.

He noted that Nath Sampradaya’s household yogis welcomed him by playing the sarangi, an ancient method used by Nath Siddhas and Yogeshwars for public awakening. They would travel from village to village, creating awareness and guiding society. This tradition was widespread in Punjab, Haryana, and Rajasthan.

CM Yogi said that the tradition of Sanatan Dharma is the world’s most ancient. Through spiritual practice and accomplishment, it guided humanity and contributed to the welfare of the universe. Diverse modes of worship, sects, and traditions within Sanatan Dharma have given birth to various philosophies and knowledge systems. These systems helped guide society and nurture intellectual progress. Nath Sampradaya too has contributed significantly to this heritage, whose origin traces back to Adinath Bhagwan Shiva.

He added that the worship of Adinath Bhagwan Shiva as a symbol of the formless Brahman is seen across India, from north to south and east to west.

Whether Kailash-dwelling Lord Shiva or Lord Rameshwar in Rameshwaram, these forms of Shiva exemplify India’s unity. Through twelve sub-traditions and the guidance of Siddhas and yogis, the Nath Sampradaya made Sanatan Dharma accessible to the common.

CM Yogi described the large gathering at the Bhandara in Kablana village as remarkable, memorable, and unforgettable. He said that such Bhandaras in Nath tradition provide an opportunity to remember the deity, express gratitude, and strengthen unity. The event reminded him of the Prayagraj Mahakumbh. “Today, this village in Jhajjar is witnessing a divine and grand ‘Mahakumbh’.”

Such gatherings allow people to learn about Sanatan Dharma, Nath teachings, yoga, meditation, and pranayama, strengthening individuals and contributing to a Viksit Bharat. Many Yogeshwars present here usually live in solitude, absorbed in spiritual practice, and rarely appear in public programs.

CM Yogi said that the victory of Sanatan was visible on November 25. “When we think together, speak together, and walk together, the result is always victorious. Wherever there is Dharma, there is victory.”
In Ayodhya, everyone witnessed Prime Minister Modi hoisting the grand saffron Sanatani flag at Shri Ram Janmabhoomi. This flag is not just a piece of cloth; as it soars high in the sky, it conveys the message that Sanatan Dharma will always keep its banner raised in all circumstances.
He added that after 500 years, this historic moment arrived. On November 9, 2019, the Supreme Court unanimously declared that the place where Ram Lalla is enthroned is indeed the sacred birthplace of Bhagwan Shri Ram, paving the way for temple construction.

The CM stated that for the first time, an Indian Prime Minister (PM Narendra Modi) visited Ayodhya and initiated the temple construction with his own hands. When the idol of Bhagwan Shri Ram was consecrated last year, the world witnessed India’s glory.

On November 25, the saffron Dharma Dhwaj unfurled atop the Ram Temple once again became a symbol of Sanatan pride. “This saffron flag conveys to the world that the path of truth and Dharma will always remain elevated and cannot be bent. Dharma will triumph. We must follow this path without wavering.”
He said that through such Bhandara events, saints spread this message of unity.

During the event, several saints and dignitaries, including Mahant and MLA Yogi Balak Nath of Baba Mastnath Peeth Rohtak, Mahant Narharinath Ji Maharaj, Mahant Chetainath Ji Maharaj, Mahant Rajnath Ji Maharaj, Lahrinath Ji Maharaj, Poornanath Ji Maharaj, Shernath Ji, Jatainath Ji, Krishnanath Ji Maharaj, Samudranath Ji Maharaj, and MLA Sunil Sangwan, Umed Patuwas were present.
